The session begins with a warm and welcoming atmosphere as participants are encouraged to greet each other with kindness and openness.

We transition into a guided meditation which includes mindfulness, loving-kindness, and light breathwork. Participants are invited to cultivate a sense of inner calm and relaxation, allowing them to leave behind their daily stresses and deepen their connection to the present moment.

Following the meditation, we move into the practice of intention setting. This powerful exercise empowers participants to clarify their goals. Through reflective prompts and guided visualization, individuals are guided to explore what truly matters to them and to set meaningful intentions for their experience for the weekend; whatever that may be!!

Gather around our Main Stage, let's get out of our comfort zone a bit and dive into AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT w/ ANN STEVENSON!

Join Ann in this hour of meeting and greeting self and other through simple breathe, movement, stillness, and music. Inspired by Ann's years of study in authentic movement, participants are invited to focus on staying connected to themselves within a group. Ann will guide participants through a variety of breathing & movement explorations, including sensing into the elements of air, water, earth, and fire. 

We are Kicking off this festival with the sweet sweet melodies of Lee Rizzo!

Let us end the day with a pranayama (breath work) practice followed by a grounding slow-yoga flow. We will move through gentle flows with an emphasis on the breath, ending in restorative shapes and soothing sounds to nurture the nervous system. Open to all levels and bodies. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you can.

Nicole Rush & Jess Peeblson

Join Jessica and Nicole for a comprehensive 2-hour workshop designed to promote relaxation and balance. This workshop integrates restorative yoga, a calming sound bath, Reiki, and Yoga Nidra for a holistic approach to well-being. We’ll tune the nervous system through accessible yoga poses supported by props, guided meditation, and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong and other instruments. No experience is required, accessible to all levels and bodies.

Participants should bring a yoga mat and consider bringing an eye mask for immersion.

Goodwin is an embodiment facilitator that helps women come home to their body’s so they feel safe to live in their authenticity. She is a certified Breathwork facilitator and a forever student of free movement. She specializes in helping women expand their capacity to feel the full spectrum of emotions & process shame stored in the body.

Leah is a sought after Experience Designer. She is the founder of Lovelight Way, co-creator of REVEAL Retreat, author of the book Modern Fear The Invisible Prison, and a soulFULL teacher for change makers, soul seekers, intuitive curious and heart centered leaders. She is a Master Facilitator, an international award winning retreat leader, a certified XCHANGE Guide and intenSati Leader.

Leah is a student of life, a connoisseur of people, and a leader in self-discovery. After spending 16 years in corporate America, she saw a need to balance her type A personality with her intuitive connection to life. Through her own deep inner work, radical self-acceptance, applied understanding of sociology, reiki, energy work, mindset development and craniosacral therapy she has developed and designed a proven path to self-liberation and wholeness.

Leah believes that the change of the world starts within, and she is on a mission to support those that want to support others, so that collectively we all rise together.

Callie has created Songs of Womanhood for Flourishfest! Inspired by her own journey as a woman and mother, Callie has crafted a set of mantra songs, stories, and poems to honor and celebrate the arc of being a woman. Gather with Callie and your Flourishfest gal pals to be in circle together, to raise our voices, and to honor each other and all the threads of our lives that are different and yet the same. 

May our voices join to send a song of healing and love throughout each other and our Mother Earth!

In this 1 hour attunement practice, you will be given the space for your own intuition and inner wisdom to guide you towards a fully embodied, connected and resourced life.

It's officially time for Womban to take hormonal health in their own hands and feel empowered by the Moons gifts of shadow and light.

In this workshop,. we will share our stories and deep dive into a tangible component of the menstrual cycle and seasonal herb to support. We will intimately relate to a plant ally and its seasonal cues paired with grounding heart songs to support the integration.  Join the revolution of body & spirit aware womban, empowered to share our wisdom with our community, daughters and fellow womban. Let's change the discourse from shame and overwhelm of our cycles to empowerment, clarity and healing!  

Body as Battlefield: Healing Generational Wounds Explore the ways in which women's bodies have been battlegrounds for inherited trauma and patriarchal control. This workshop offers tools for reclaiming bodily autonomy and healing intergenerational wounds.

Jill is a wealth of knowledge and a delight to be around! Jill believes that food connects us to nature. There's a direct link between healthy people and a healthy planet.  Our industrial food system mass produces sick plants and sick animals.  The result?  Sick people, sick planet and sick communities.  This cycle is antithetical to our very nature.  Want to learn how to support your own health and, in turn, the health of the planet and your community? Attend her session on Saturday at FlourishFest! Trust us when we say, bring a notebook! You will want to write everything down. 

Reiki Sound Bath

The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments like crystal bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure. Participants are surrounded by the sounds and vibrations which result in a deep sense of wellbeing and calm.

Sound baths paired with Reiki energy create a natural and powerful experience that allows your body to tune into a state of balance and healing.  It is a great opportunity to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul, and the best part is that you can participate with no prior experience and can sit or lay in any position that feels most comfortable…all you have to do is to allow the healing vibrations to surround and wash over you! The benefits from this session can be; improved sleeping patterns, stress reduction and a clearer state of mind.

Ecstatic Dance is movement as medicine.  It is a gateway to deep presence, healing and expression of your most authentic self.  In this space, you can meet yourself at whatever depth you are willing to venture through the channel of music and free movement. This is a space where you can let go of looking any certain way because each person is there for their own unique self expression.  This type of dance is coined "Ecstatic Dance" because when you are able to reach a flow state within your body and the music, you are flooded with endorphins that create a sensory state of ecstasy and bliss. In this way, we come together in community as co-creators to build a safe space for freedom of expression without judgement.  

From her home base in the beautiful mountains of Western Montana to the pacific isles, Andrea Harsell has been bringing her vibrant performing style and exceptional songwriting to audiences around the globe for over twenty years. With a powerful, supple voice and a passel of outstanding original songs, Andrea is more than just a major talent—she’s a force of nature. 

Ms. Harsell’s fourth release since 2000's 'Nine Pound Hammer', her latest album, 'Something For the Pain" (Sept. 2017) is comprised of 12 Harsell penned original songs spanning American roots music from jazz to country. Andrea’s magnetic stage presence and unique songwriting is supported on this effort by Luna Roja, stalwarts who know their craft with larger than life personalities of their own. Filled with songs about the human experience, social issues, love and love lost, the show is high energy and feels good. Come on and feel good!

Bella Flow, emerged from the landscapes of northwest Montana, where the beauty of the Northern Rockies became the canvas for her life’s journey. Immersed in the wonders of rivers and mountains, she connected with like-minded, introspective individuals, finding solace and inspiration in the heart of nature.

As the transition from day to night unfolded seamlessly, guided by the high vibrations from their shared adventures, Bella Flow was born. It became a musical expression of the wellness and wellbeing sought after in these energy spaces. Every beat, rhythm, and melody not only captures the external majesty but also mirrors the internal transformation experienced in these natural settings.
